Vacation Meditation with Kala Devi
Storytelling for the Soul & Spiritual Flute Music

This workshop is designed to help you access a peaceful state of mind and an open heart through meditation, music and storytelling.  Kalá Devi (aka Andrea Brachfeld) will guide you through deep breathing exercises and gentle asana postures to allow a conscious stillness, followed by flute meditation music and a short period of silence. Selected short stories will follow which exemplify the morals and ideals of spirituality and many have a humorous touch to them. The stories and accompanied music come from many different cultures and incorporate the teachings of the Hindi, African, Jewish, and Christian faiths among many others. This workshop concludes with an improvisational solo flute performance to uplift and facilitate a state of bliss and calm.

Earth Gong Bath: Sonic Sound Healing Event

It is a chance to deepen your experience with Native Flutes and your relationship with music in general. Flute players with all levels of experience are welcome in this supportive and non-critical environment!  This workshop focuses on building confidence playing the flute in many settings and styles and expressing your inner voice.
