QiGong / Tong Ren: Meditative Energy Exercises and Healing

QiGong (pronounced "chee goong") is an ancient Chinese healing art that helps to balance mind, body, and spirit. The active practice of Qigong includes gentle movements, visualizations, breath work, and meditations. This practice helps you listen to yourself and allow your body to tell you what you need. It helps to reduce stress, and move you forward to well-being. The other aspect of Qigong is receiving a Tong Ren healing that can be done individually or in groups - a transmitting of chi (vital energy) that will balance your energy and release blocks.

The group is held in a serene atmosphere and includes auricular acupuncture, relaxing music, candles & aromatherapy.  Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
