This workshop focuses on Gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques as well as techniques for relaxation & stress reduction. This program is suitable for all yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced students who may wish to slow down, deepen their practice and experience a greater sense of well-being and mindfulness in their lives. Workshop combines traditional asana (postures), pranayama, yogic philosophy, relaxation, and tips for reducing stress in every day life. Susan’s yoga workshops are an opportunity for individual growth and transformation, where students learn to tap in to their own sense of peace and inner joy
Priyananda (Susan Martinez) is a certified yoga instructor, trained at the 500 hour level. She has taught yoga in New Jersey since 2001 and leads retreats in Costa Rica, Central America. Susan finds great satisfaction & meaning in her own life’s journey through the practice and teaching of yoga and is honored to share what she has learned.

Transform your day by focusing on your breath and moving into your body. this yoga class focuses on Pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and concludes with savasana (deep relaxation). By connecting to the joy that resides within each of us, we bring balance to our busy lives. Lunch time yoga is a perfectgg break in your day. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed. This is a mult-level class, all levels are welcome.
