Brian Critchley, a NJ State Certified Massage Therapist and owner of OM Central Jersey Massage, is now available for appointments at Center for Relaxation & Healing in Plainsboro. Brian's specialty is Myofascial Release, a deep tissue technique that helps relieve chronic "stuck" muscles.  He also includes elements of Swedish massage, Reiki, and stretching into each session. As a massage practitioner he has experience both with private clients and as a poolside therapist for the Rutgers University Swimming & Diving Team. Rates: $85.00 for 1 hour; $115.00 for 90minutes.
